The Mayfield is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and some extra, versatile flex space over the side entry garage. The large kitchen opens to an eat-in breakfast area, which is shown with a wall separating it from the family room, although many customers choose to delete the wall for a more open flow. The foyer opens up to the second floor where you’ll find a nice master bedroom suite in addition to the other two bedrooms. On the outside, the tall gables, palladian window and wraparound porch are features that make this one of our more popular two-story plans.
