Financing Options
Everyone deserves their dream home, so we have many
financing options to help you build yours. First, there is no construction loan required. Other than the $500 application fee, we don’t need to be paid until the job is completed. This can help you save thousands of dollars in construction loan interest. We will also pay up to $5,000 towards your closing costs and offer 2% off on cash contracts.
Since 1997, we have saved our customers over $5 million in closing cost fees and at least twice that in construction loan interest and fees.
