Cumberland

The Cumberland features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a side entry garage, but this model adds a higher roof pitch to include an unfinished bonus room over the garage. The covered front porch at the entrance gives way to the foyer, which separates the living room and dining room, then opens to a large family room space in the heart of the house.  We can finish out the bonus room now or you can save it for later. Either way, we would love to build the Cumberland for you just the way you want it. We offer 3 elevation styles to choose from- The Craftsman, The Farmhouse, and The Traditional.
